Welcome to Museofus.
Museofus is a trading name of LUMENEST LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15893392. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LUMENEST LTD trading as Museofus.
Museofus operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Museofus is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your legal rights, purchases, delivery, returns, intellectual property, warranties and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access the Services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products accurately.
However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and normal manufacturing variations.
Product photographs, dimensions, materials, included components and other descriptions are provided to help you understand what you are purchasing. Where figurine styles or other components are assorted, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights. Products supplied to consumers must meet any mandatory standards and consumer guarantees that apply under applicable law, including requirements relating to description, quality and fitness for purpose.
We may update product descriptions, availability or specifications where reasonably necessary and may discontinue products or limit quantities at any time, provided this does not unlawfully affect orders we have already accepted.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, we reasonably suspect fraud, there is a material pricing or listing error, or we cannot lawfully fulfill the order.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot accept, we will refund the relevant amount.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time.
The price charged for a product will be the price shown when you place your order and will appear in your order confirmation.
Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties or other charges payable by you will be shown, calculated or explained before you complete your purchase where required by law.
Where we advertise free shipping, no shipping charge will be added for qualifying orders.
We may offer promotional pricing from time to time. Any additional terms applying to a promotion will form part of the offer.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.
You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted and that information provided for payment processing is accurate.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently offer shipping to destinations available at checkout. Please see our Shipping & Delivery information and Shipping Policy for current delivery information.
For orders to the United States, estimated delivery is generally 8–10 business days, unless a different estimate is shown at checkout or on the relevant product page.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, peak periods or events outside our reasonable control.
We will provide tracking information when available once your order has shipped.
Where consumer law applies, risk of loss or damage to goods remains with us until the goods are delivered into your physical possession, or into the possession of a person you have identified to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If an order is materially delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so that we can review the situation and provide the appropriate remedy.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including trademarks, brand names, text, images, graphics, product photographs, videos, audio, logos, page layouts and other content, are owned by or licensed to Museofus, LUMENEST LTD or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms allow you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, commercially exploit, publicly display or otherwise use protected content from the Services without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to Museofus trademarks, logos, designs or other intellectual property except as expressly stated.
The Shopify name, trademarks and related intellectual property belong to Shopify or its licensors.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to tools, applications or functionality operated by third parties.
We do not control those third-party services and they may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Any third-party tool is provided subject to the terms of the relevant provider. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may add, remove or change optional features or tools made available through the Services from time to time.

The Services may contain links to websites or platforms operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, security or privacy practices of third-party websites that we do not control.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Museofus is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our Store are transactions directly between you and LUMENEST LTD trading as Museofus.
Shopify is not the seller of Museum of Us products purchased from our Store and is not responsible for fulfilling your order.
Nothing in this section affects any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our Store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve its services.
Information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers in countries other than your country of residence, subject to applicable privacy laws and safeguards.
